Paella Party At Gadjah Brasserie Jogja

Gadjah Brasserie has always been the talk of the town, it's a new small restaurant with various kind of foods and good vibes. They have pretty peculiar interior design, they have some floral confetti on the wall and big bohemian sofa on some corners. Nevertheless they have quite spacious and comfortable seats for visitors, it's a good thing considering this restaurant is small ones

Tonight I went there and had the special menu for ramadhan with some friends, Paella party yeay

1. Paella with ice tea/ tea (60k) (Score 6.5/10) With that price, this dish will fit until 4 persons or even more when you can eat moderately. Basically paella is an exotic spanish food, it's similar with fried rice but it has seafood broth. The taste should be rich and thick. This paella wass, to be honest,  plain tasteless. Surely there's a taste but it's just not enough. But you can always squeeze some lemon juice all over it to evoke some taste of the paella. This food is actually really lovely, I hope Gadjah Brasserie improves the taste of it.

Just like I told you above, I had a paella party. Well that's the beauty of eating paella, it's served fresh after cooked, on the wok. So you and you friends will just grab your part together from the same wok. It really indicates the togetherness in eating. You know, happiness is only real when you share it. I enjoyed my time anyway.
